Location and comfort, also well appointed in kitchen and bathroom
Odour from dead mouse found in lower bedroom Dishwasher did not work and smelt Outdoor chair broken Could not get fireplace to work Garbage bin lid was open and had stale water in it which also had a foul odour

Good to have a separate downstairs bedroom and bathroom for the older members of our group to retire to.
The entry gate was padlocked at first so made it difficult with other guests arriving, and an additional entry key would have been useful.
