Based at the back of the complex, this quiet, secluded 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has all linen and towels included, a private secure garage, and all the features and facilities you need including laundry, washing facilities, and a large backyard.
Sorrento Del Mar is an amazing getaway to enjoy all year round.
THE SPACE
An enviable location on the narrowest strip of the southern peninsula is our renovated Sorrento Del Mar. A 3-minute walk to Sorrento Village and only a 10-minute walk to Sorrento back beach - a patrolled ocean beach with a stunning coastal walk and wonderful rock pools.
You'll be delighted in both directions you walk however the home is luxurious and people enjoy sending their time relaxing out in the spacious grassed backyard, or cooking up a feast in the well-designed kitchen.
It is the perfect base for your family or friends gathering, sleeping up to 8 guests. Modern and luxury styled for comfortable living with air-conditioning and heating throughout.
There is plenty of room to space out and enjoy this wonderful home!
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Very spacious property with modern clean facilities. Great house for a weekend with 6 adults. Kitchen fully equiped so can cook in house so easily. Also a fantastic location, walking distance to Sorrento main strip

The property itself is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The locations is excellent. Walking distance the best of Sorrento. Some maintenance is needed with some furniture needing attention and the oven door needs adjusting. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and dining.
Our one major concern was the lack of wifi. This fact is not specified in the listing and in fact, the guest book lists a wifi address and password which do not work. While ‘no wifi’ may seem ok on the surface it does mean that you need to hotspot your phone if you wish to log into any streaming services. The smart TV is not very smart without wifi. At this price I personally would expect wifi to be a given much like hot water, of which there was plenty. Overall a pleasant stay but would not return without wifi
