Friendly staff and everything clean. Food in restaurants ( breakfast) delicious
there are no hotel slippers in the rooms, the bed is not comfortable

The location is good - right in the center.
The room was clean; the breakfast was tasty.
They served us some dinner, even though we arrived after the kitchen had closed (9 pm).
The beds were very comfortable
The rooms were very cold and the receptionists told us the ac doesn't go above 18 degrees because it's in summer mode - there is a heater in the wardrobe which you can use.
The room was a bit small compared to the foyer, which was enormous.

Second time in two weeks. Spontaneous people and good check-in.
The shower didn’t work both the two days I’ve stayed. No hot water and a just a couple drops of water to shower with. When addressed to the reception in the evening, no solutions were given. The reception didn’t want to take action unfortunately.
