Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά μία έκπληξη. Όλοι οι χώροι πολυτελέστατοι και πεντακάθαροι. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ευρύχωρο, πολυτελές, με εξαιρετικό σε μέγεθος και ποιότητα κρεβάτι,/στρώμα/μαξιλάρια. Το μπάνιο τεράστιο με μοναδικό ντους/υδρομασάζ. Το πρωινό πολύ ικανοποιητικό. Ήταν σε ωραία περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο της αγοράς και της πόλης. Το κατάλυμα διέθετε ιδιωτικές θέσεις parking. Συνολικά η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας ήταν άριστη.
Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα με το κατάλυμα ήταν η επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό. Ενώ ήταν ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι, το γεγονός ότι δεν γνώριζαν καθόλου αγγλικά (ούτε μερικές βασικές λέξεις) δυσκόλευε πάρα πολύ την επικοινωνία μαζί τους.

The staff is very friendly.
The rooms are clean, the hotel has an oriental style, too much in my opinion, but it's okay.
The bath products missing: no shower gel, no body lotion, no conditioner, just a little bottle with shampoo.
The breakfast was very poor.

Hotel is almost new, very nice decoration, near road so easy to find.
There was absolutely no heating in the hotel, and the room was freezing cold. It’s unacceptable for guests to stay in such conditions, especially during colder weather. I just got remote from AC but you cannot heat the room with AC because from 12 degrees, when I entered the room, after 4 hours of AC it increased on 18-19
