Localização excelente, próximo a Gran Via e aos principais pontos turísticos. Apartamento bem conservado e silencioso. Equipe muito atenciosa, especialmente Coni, que nos recebeu muito bem.
A falta de elevador no prédio. Além disso, o sofá-cama é estreito, mesmo para duas crianças.

Céntrico , muy limpio y el personal muy amable.
Se me usó un pco pequeño para dos adultos y dos niños pero por el precio no podíamos pedir más así q en definición muy bien

Ambiente muito limpo e organizado, de acordo com as fotos. Bom chuveiro, ar condicionado e cozinha equipada. Localização excelente, perto de bares, restaurantes, metrô, muito próximo à Gran Via.
Tem 3 andares de escada pra subir, é importante considerar isso por conta das malas.

sin dudas lo destacable es la ubicación
el principal problema es que son 3 pisos por ESCALERA. Eso debería estar bien resaltado en la publicación. Fue una decepción porque no lo aclara. Además el lugar no está limpio y las instalaciones son básicas. Los insumos muy pobres ...1 jabón, medio rollo de papel, etc.. El colchón es una tortura y el sofá cama peor.
