The location is excellent- city centre, close to everything including easy to use Metro. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment and has a washing machine too. There is an air conditioning unit - essential in loft apartment in Madrid heat. There is a lift to take you to the top floor.
Beware if you are very tall - this is a loft apartment and has roof beams. I am 5ft 11inches and had to stoop at times. The shower enclosure is tricky to close securely and it's easy for water to leak out and wet the floor.

Deberían cambiar el nombre del anuncio ya que no es un estudio es un trastero hecho vivienda donde no te puedes poner ni de pie por las vigas y te das todo el rato en la cabeza, la puerta del baño golpe con la cama, agobiante total sin apenas ventilación un horror y para que lo es súper caro la verdad
