The interior is bright and inviting. As soon as you enter the villa and step into the spacious living and dining area, the view of the lake will captivate you.
The oversized pool area faces south, so you’ll be basking in the sun all day long. Enjoy the fantastic heated pool area with a hot tub and the magnificent view across Lake Britannia.
Centrally located in Cape Coral yet nestled quietly in the Eight Lakes neighborhood, your vacation begins the moment you step into the villa.
Enjoy the view of Lake Britannia—in the morning with a cup of coffee on the small private beach in the garden, or in the evening with a drink on the boat dock under the tiki. The lounge furniture on the patio with a fire table also invites you to linger.
In just 20 minutes through the canal, you’ll reach the Calloosahatchee River by boat (no locks required).
Shopping and a gas station are located on Cape Coral Parkway, about 2 kilometers from the house.
Tarpon Point Marina is about 3 km away, and Cape Harbor is about 5 km away.
Three bedrooms and an office with an additional sleeping area provide ample space for up to 7 guests.

The property and house were beautiful! The The outdoor pool and hot tub were a joy each day! The morning coffee in the early morning sitting near the water watching the sunrise was amazing. The house was exceptional
