Eight Lakes is a beautifully decorated four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom luxury Villa with amazing conveniences.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Eight Lakes features beautiful airy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with tour King size bedrooms.
Two of the king bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The upstairs bedrooms share a common hallway bathroom and are located across the game room with a pool table and TV as well as a butlers bar.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious center island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The house was wonderful with a stocked kitchen, and the view was beautiful. Had a very relaxing time. Neighborhood was safe and enjoyed my stay.

We spent 28 days in February and the temperature was wonderful as well as the view and accommodations. We have stayed with VESTEVAPROPERTIES the last 3 years and expectations have always been exceeded. The team was extremely professional and courteous.

It appears as if the owners have not been onsite recently. #1. Missing shade in the kitchen, #2. Worn out mattresses. #3. Disintegrating pillows. #4. Worn out towels and wash cloths. #5. Poor internet connection. #6. Weeds growing between pavers on the pool deck. #7. Garage door frequently stops in mid cycle.
We have seen a gradual change over the 3 years we have rented this beautiful home. The team members exceed expectations. We have been with Vesteva the last 4-5 years. They are the ultimate professionals.
The team has responded to our every need and concern. The owners may have to invest in some repairs and upgrades...

The house matched the pictures. It was large and open with a hot tub and pool that WORKED! The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful too. I would rate this property an
. B+. We wished this house was 30 minutes closer to Sanibel and Beaches otherwise it was perfect.. Only improvement I saw would be to get nicer towels and a few more things in the kitchen, like a kitchen knife.
We cooked and swam and had a great time. The management company was awesome as there was a storm before we arrived which tore the screened in patio and the first day we were there it was fixed that AM. Very responsive!
We would stay here again.
