Perfect family getaway in a brilliant location!

The caravan was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It wasn’t in the centre of the park, but we loved this as we didn’t feel like people were on top of us and there wasn’t disturbing noises etc. The owners were brilliant in terms of communication, advice and thoughtful touches. It was our daughter’s birthday when we arrived and there was a birthday choc and card left for her. The locality was brilliant and the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful. Good food options and supermarkets within a short drive. We had an amazing week and would definitely go back!

Lovely holiday down the lizard point in a wonderful caravan to stay for the brilliant holiday.

Literally such a brilliant caravan,so spacious with me and two 15 year old boys. Lovely decking area at the back and also lovely table and chairs at the front where you can have a lovely evening meal enjoying the sun.A brilliant location also with a short drive to the Lizard. Highly recommend.

The property was lovely and homely felt like home from home, the whole caravan was good and all beds were comfortable it was just the perfect place to stay with my family and the caravan was very clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the caravan as it was perfect family time the wifi was hit and miss but that didn’t put us off as we done lots of things kids had a brilliant time here

Property was lovely and clean and well looked after. Very modern and spacious. The owner was brilliant from the moment I booked, provided more than enough information and checked everything was ok when we had arrived.

Good value for money

Nice, clean caravan with lots of space for whole family. Being on the site, which is close to the bus route, is definitely a bonus.

Lovely stay in a really beautiful place with some superb view just a short distance away.

The Property was clean even and comfortable with a modern feel with everything needed. And the owner of the property is very helpful and informative which was a big help.

Although the property was in a lovely location with short car journeys to lots of beautiful sights,Beaches and entertainment for me on a personal lv I like to have beaches and entertainment within walking distance from my stay. Although the site the property is on (Park Dean) did have a lot to offer I did feel a little confined to stay on site as you had to drive to go anywhere else.

Perfect stay in a beautiful area of Cornwall

The property was lovely and clean when we arrived. It was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook with. Also provided were kitchen sponge, fairy liquid, bin liners and salt and pepper!

The Smart TV would allow us to log into our Netflix or Amazon accounts. It wasn’t an issue as we had an Xbox with us, but could be an issue for others.

Great place to have a base to explore and everything you'd need for a home from home.

Location was great on the park Quite quiet and away from the main entertainment hub which suited us. The facilities were only 3/4 minute walk away including the shop and restaurant. We got all the infomation needed prior to arrival including a video of where the property was on the park. There was plenty of outdoor space around the property which was good for our child. There were 2 outdoor seating areas that get the sun all day so eating / drinking outside the property was good weather permitting. All the indoor space was clean, quite spacious and well kept. We had everything we needed in terms of cooking and dining. Wifi was available and there was a SMART TV in both he living room and main bedroom. There was good storage space throughout for our stuff.

Can't really think of much else we needed that wasn't already there.

Great Cornwall break.

The accommodation was modern and attractive and in a quiet spot. Everything was really well set-up. The attention to detail from the hosts was excellent and reassuring. The children loved the high ropes, bungee and swimming activities available on site. The food at the bar was good. We explored Lizard Point, Lands End, Kynance Cove and a tin mine, then took a detour to see Tintagel and Bude on our way home.

It’s a Parkdean site so if you want the evening entertainment and arcade, it’s there. We went a couple of times and that was enough for us. Apologies… I uploaded photos and couldn’t delete the random one of my daughter and her annotations.

Superb caravan. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location on site. Fantastic central location for sightseeing. Very helpful and friendly host. Definitely would book again.

No issues at all with accommodation. There was additional charge to use park facilities, however we decided against it as preferred to travel to local areas.

The caravan we stayed in was lovely and the lady we rent from was fantastic. For setting up some flowers for my wife on our 10 year wedding anniversary. Thank you.

A young lady in reception was rude and not very helpful at all. But the staff in the bar /restaurant was brilliant we can not fault there customer service.

Very good

The park overall was fantastic for kids, entertainment at night, we had 2 dogs which came everywhere with us, as everywhere were dog friendly including the restaurant.

The caravan was lovely when we arrived, the first night my partner went for a shower and the shower fell on his head, which would stay up until you put the shower on. Toilet seats were very loose. The second day me and my partner woke up with alot of bite marks, as its a pet friendly caravan we washed the bedding. Also stains on the pouffe at the dressing table. Also when at reception about the park admission tickets, the desk advised us we could have got a similar caravan with passes included. Unfortunately we haven't received our deposit money back either. Unfortunately we would book direct with the park next time if we decide to return.

Clean, comfortable and a great family holiday.

Great communication from the hosts before arrival with clear instructions to collect the keys. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed the choice of seating areas on the two decking areas outside. The holiday park is well equipped for families with indoor and outdoor pools, a high ropes course, bike hire and various entertainment on offer. The accommodation is a ten minute drive to Kynance Cove, which has gorgeous beaches and stunning views. Lizard village is around 10minute drive and has plenty of food options and local shops. It is well positioned for visiting areas such as St Ives, with around a 30-40min drive to get around. I would recommend parking at St Erth Station and catching the train to St Ives or Carbis Bay for beautiful beaches. Overall great accommodation and an enjoyable stay.

Have been on Lizard many times. The site is superbly located. Considering we found out that we were a private hire, reception were very helpful.

Discovered on arrival that we were in a private hire and so did not get free use of facilities. Reception offered passes but we thought too expensive for the use we’d give them. Hirer should have provided site map showing location of chalet.

Lovely caravan in lovely location

The caravan was well equipped and was lovely and warm. We didn’t use any of the on site facilities but the sites location was perfect with so much around to see and do. The veranda on the front and side were great as although we couldn’t sit out due to the weather it gave a secure outdoor space for our dog.

Very enjoyable stay

The caravan was immaculate on our arrival and we found everything we need in there. We loved having a decking with secure gate, which ment our todler was safe running in and out of the caravan, he absolutely loved playing on the decking. We found the decor to be very tasteful and all our needs catered for. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable during it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the video with directions, it made for a smooth arrival.

The only negative I could think of and this is more to do with the holiday park and not the host or the accommodation, but there wasn't much for a todler to do as they had softplay closed and most other activities were mainly orientated around bigger kids, and that is the only thing, no fault of the host.

The single bed was very small felt slightly claustrophobic in the actual room, but the king size room was spacious. Shame about the weather but that’s not the fault of the accommodation, blame UK for that
