Celtic Longhouse Tent at Coverack Camping

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff, accommodation, location and facilities were all first-class, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing and memorable break. There is something genuinely special about this place. We enjoyed evenings under the stars around the campfire and early morning walks down to the beach for a dip in the sea. Whether you are looking for a family getaway to create lasting memories or a peaceful, secluded escape, this campsite offers something for everyone. The location is ideal. Coverack village and the beach are just a scenic 10-minute walk away, while Helston is approximately a 20-minute drive, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying the tranquillity of the site. The facilities are another real highlight. The shower block and washing facilities are excellent, with numerous toilet facilities conveniently positioned around the extensive site. The amount of space and the quality of the facilities really set this campsite apart from many others we have visited. For families, the dedicated play space with a volleyball net and plenty of room for children to run around, play and make new friends is a fantastic addition. Watching the kids enjoy themselves outdoors and create memories that will stay with them for years is exactly what a summer camping trip should be about. Sam and the entire team deserve a special mention. They were attentive, friendly and incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. Their approach made us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived, while their willingness to help whenever needed was greatly appreciated. And if, like us, you enjoy a proper campfire, this is definitely the place for you! Fires are permitted, and the site even offers convenient firewood kits for purchase. The staff are always happy to help and provide support whenever you need it, which makes enjoying those magical evenings around the fire effortless.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

We had an absoutely wonderful stay in a Celtic longhouse tent. Lots of pre arrivial information was given before our stay making everything easy. Peaceful, spotlessly clean and tidy and so well thought out. We were 4 ladies in our 50's-60's - one of whom had never camped before. We all loved every moment of it and ar already planning to come back.

Ideally situated and comfortable.

Very well organised camping site in a beautiful area, offering clean and comfortable tents, clean toilets, warm water, fridge (electricity) in the tent, fire pits outside - everything one may need when camping - and even more. Child-friendly, pet-friendly, family-friendly! Would definitely love to go back!
