A tasteful blend of coastal design boasting historic elements draw you back in time. Centrally located within this beloved town, you are just minutes to all the Duval St. fun, yet far enough away for a peaceful night's rest. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Serene surroundings will help wash your worries away allowing you to fully appreciate peaceful island vibes. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch as you watch people passing by. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Find your sleeping arrangements on the 2nd level of the mansion overlooking the sparking pool below. A queen room with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and en suite private full bathroom with a shower add to the comfort of your island home. A table with 2 chairs sit just outside your room making outdoor living easy to achieve.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Sun lovers will cherish the breezy 2nd floor sundeck with vibrant landscape in the distance calling for a good book. Swim until your heart's content in the shimmering pool below and hop into town only a short distance away. Off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

The location is great. We couldn’t find any soap in the bathroom. Called the concierge, who told us where to find some. Extra soap was in a buffet downstairs. After getting it we found a bar hidden in a towel on the towel rack. Weird.For the price of 450 I was expecting more. We’ve stayed other places in KW, even the funky places were more charming.

We arrived and work was being done on the pool so we did not use it on our first day. But the setting was nice and all the guests were very nice. Property managers were apologetic and we were able to use on the second day. The bed was hard and 3 of the 4 pillows were hard and overstuffed to our liking ,, so we shared one pillow between the 2 of us. Overall, nice property.

The house is from 1899??? I believe.. So you can tell that the Azul house is well maintained and the owner keeps the old key west style. Rooms are small but cozy and have what you need... I highly recommend. D.Plez

The room was as advertised and the property was amazing. Plenty of space to be romantic and enjoy peaceful rest by the pool. Parking is a thing but rent a golf cart to solve that small inconvenience. Overall had a great time at this property.

We stayed in the Cohiba and it was so cute! Felt private and to ourselves. Everyone we met on site was so friendly. Having the pool on property and private was such a blessing. There was an incident in the main house bathroom that was quickly responded to by property management. Would stay again! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this quaint beachy guesthouse. We walked to Duval Street and anywhere we wanted to go! Enjoyed the comfy room, clean common areas, easy check in and check out process and the warm heated pool. Would definitely stay her again.

Our stay at Cohiba was fantastic! The location was perfect for getting to the beach, Duval street, and all the shops in Mallory square. We rented bikes too from a just shop down the road and coming too and from Cohiba was a breeze. The pool and deck chairs were great for relaxing and the full kitchen was great for making a quick bite in before heading to the beach for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Cohiba. It is in a corner by itself on the second level. Room was nicely appointed. We loved that the location was a 10 minute walk to Duval St and points of interest, and coming back in the afternoon to the pool in the courtyard was always a nice way to relax in the afternoon before dinner. Highly recommend for the peacefulness, cleanliness, and location.

This was such a great stay! The bed was so comfy, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. Loved that the Cohiba room was its own little space so it felt very private. Only note is that the AC unit is quite loud, however, I normally sleep with a sound machine on so it did not bother me!

This place is wonderful. The room was super clean and the property is beautiful. The full kitchen inside the common area is a huge plus. We also enjoyed lots of time in the pool :) It's also close enough to walk to tons of bars and restaurants. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. We just wish we booked a couple of more days!

Azul really was perfect for our stay! I loved that it was far enough away from the bulk of the crowds but it was close enough to let us walk wherever we wanted to go. The innkeepers communications leading up to our stay were thorough and extremely helpful. The check in/out process was really easy, and I loved that all information we needed was in our room and easy to understand. While we didn’t end up using any of the shared living spaces or the pool, we did check them out. I loved that they were there and available if we did have a need/want for them, and they definitely looked comfortable and inviting. My husband and I spent most of our time out and about and this was the perfect location to come back and relax in when we were done. We will definitely be back in the future!

Description of room during booking process wasn’t accurate. Room described as a suite with a separate kitchen. The room wasn’t a suite. It was an extremely small bedroom with a shower. We even had to bring in outdoor furniture so I had a place to put on my makeup. The room needed sun blocking blinds. Got woke up every morning by the sun rising. Had to turn off extremely loud air conditioner to sleep at night. I don’t recommend the room. Unable to get proper rest with issues.

The overall experience was very convenient and pleasant.The house and pool were very clean and nicely appointed. Our room’s bathroom could use some shelving or space to set items down. The AC was quite loud right above the bed and that is my only complaint but overall it was very pleasant and more reasonably priced than many places. Having parking at our residence was a huge benefit.

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night stay. Dishes, water and ice available. Communication with the owners was simple but covered all it needed to. Location was great. Quiet but close enough to everything in Old Town to be entirely walkable. If you are looking for easy and laidback, which we were, this is a perfect spot.
