ISLAND SANCTUARY...
The grand and adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion awaits the creation of your tropical sabbatical within the Old Town district. At first glance you will observe impressive craftsmanship which was built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Possessing old world charm with modern luxuries, this gem will have you feeling lost on island time. Coastal inspired décor among a rich, historic setting draw you into a memorable Key West experience. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and marvel over the serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located on the 2nd floor of the main house, your comfortable king room welcomes you in. Cozy linens add to a peaceful night's rest accompanied by a flat screen TV, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a private en suite full bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the back door from your suite to a front balcony offering another lounging space to listen to the breeze coming through the palm leaves (one other room has access to the balcony). From the rear of the main house you will step out to a bright and breezy 2nd floor sun deck with vibrant garden views for your afternoon R & R. The shimmering pool below will refresh your senses with plenty of surrounding loungers. Head into town for happy hour by foot or bicycle ride or take a scenic drive as off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay while in Key West! Easy check in, great communication. Close enough to the action (restaurants, cars, etc.) but far enough away for some quiet. Private comfortable rooms, clean as a whistle in all areas, access to community kitchen, nice living and dining room downstairs, fresh fruit water every day in the foyer, insulated thermos provided that you can fill with filtered water from a machine near the pool to take to your room, fresh pool towels provided daily, spacious outdoor areas with plenty of seating downstairs and balcony lounging upstairs. The only slight con was the noisy air conditioner in the room, but it did work great! There was maintenance going on while we were there (painters, sanding) which put a crimp in the chance for sleeping in, an afternoon nap or quiet time. I wish we had been notified ahead of time that this would be happening. Having said that, I understand you sometimes have to take the workers when you can get them! It is certainly a well-maintained property! Highly recommend Azul Mansion!!

The pictures did not serve this place justice, an absolute gem. Very clean, and nicely decorated through the entire house. Our stay was 6 days and we grilled by the pool, the complimentary ice buckets and filtered water where an absolute delight and came in handy. I would stay here again. Location is great within a few blocks from Duval street. Late check out was not available however they are ok with you staying in the premises until your departure time in one of the 3 great rooms downstairs which also feature a full size bathroom with shower if you decide to go to the beach.

The Azul Mansion was beautiful with genuine architecture from the past. It’s charm has been preserved with modern amenities. The Corona Room was nicely decorated with an updated bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. Just off our room was a nice balcony with chairs. We also had access to the entire first floor of the mansion with two large sitting rooms, a dining room, and fully functioning kitchen. Just off the kitchen, we ventured out into the outdoor patio area. There were several tables, extra towels, water, and ice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool after hot days of experiencing Key West. Thank you for it an exceptional vacation!

The Inn is located on a major road so it can be a little on the noisy side in the evening but a very secluded area surrounding the area with beautiful landscaping and heated pool. Parking on site was not an issue at any time and the house was really nice just a bit old which I quickly discovered was the theme of key west. The room and bathroom were very clean and looked exactly like the pictures! My one and only complaint, which is not the owners fault, is that you can hear EVERYTHING. The people staying down stairs and upstairs, the noise from the street, the roosters outside, literally everything. It’s not great if you are a light sleeper.

The property was lovely. We stayed in the Corona Room and while you could hear noise from the outside busy street, we still slept good. The bed was super comfortable & the place was extremely clean! The got takeout a few times as there were several outdoor table scattered around the property that made for a nice place to enjoy a meal away from the hubbub of Duval street. It was only about an 8 min walk to Duval or a couple minute Uber down to the pier to watch the sunset. If we go back to Kew West, we would def. stay there again.

Two large sitting rooms, a large well equipped kitchen for all to use and a real nice sheltered court yard adjacent to a well maintained pool make this place great for a long term stay. A little walking required if you don’t rent a scooter or golf cart. It’s about .8 miles to the south or north of Duval Street.

The location is prime for walking, biking or riding a golf cart to most tourist locations on Key West, very close to Duvall Street, Southern most Point, Lighthouses and yhe Hemingway house. The house is very spacious and clean, and our room was just as advertised. I would love to come back, and will likely look up this location for our next visit.

We stayed 4 nights in the Corona suite. Room was adequate in size and above all was quiet. We enjoyed the pool to cool off in and the common living areas are very welcoming. The location is pretty decent for walking, however, we did use Lyft quite a bit as it was just so humid and hot we sometimes just didn’t feel like walking and sweating anymore. Totally walkable to Duval St. We would stay here again. The property is clean and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is at the ready.

Room has everything you might need from a iron and ironing board built into the wall, a good sized mini fridge. Air conditioning worked well (mercifully, as it was 35+ degrees Celcius/100+ F during the day with the humidity). Wifi was also strong.We had a few breakfasts/coffees on the deck overlooking the pool.The walk to Duval was only a few minutes, perhaps 10 to get into the main drag. It's very walkable.Others have mentioned issues with parking, but we were able to park 2 nights in the driveway, with one night on the street just down the road on Truman as the lot was already full. Communication was also seamless. We received the keycode to the lock box before our check in time, and a reminder of the checkout process the night before (followed by a thank you text).Would recommend and would also stay here again on our next visit.

Loved that there were pool/beach towels provided. Loved the water and ice machine available as well, and the coffee/creamer on hand! We used Uber to get around, and that worked very well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend (Thurs - Sunday) and we had a great time. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this location. If you are going, rent a golf cart as it is much easier to get around.
