***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. Full kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This second floor king room offers a comfortable setting for your restful night's sleep with cozy linens, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and private ensuite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a table with 2 chairs just outside your room making outdoor living easy to access!
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out of your room to find a bright and breezy sundeck with loungers to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Down below lies a sparking, community pool to refresh your senses on a warm summer's afternoon. Convenient off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis although you are located just a short walk or bike ride to anything you could need within the Old Town district.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

This is a beautiful property and it was exceptionally clean! The house offers a full furnished kitchen, so I was able to brew my own Iced Tea! They offer filtered water & Ice, insulated ice buckets & insulated water pitchers, a full furnished kitchen, rooms are a bit small, but adequate for couples. The pool was clean & clear, There are plenty of lounges for everyone to relax in the sun or under the trees. The pool area is gorgeous with a plethora of beautiful plants and blooming eye candy! The innkeeper was available & even made a trip to the site to help me with an issue, immediately! I would definitely stay here again!! I highly recommend Azul Mansion!!

We rented the whole Azul Mansion for a family wedding week! It was the perfect place for bringing together both sides of the family! The main house is so spacious, and we loved having a pool on-site! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own room, but we could all gather in the house and on the patio around the pool! Kim and Amelia were so helpful with getting the rooms booked. They answered all of our questions about room sizes and helped with the whole booking process! The Innkeepers onsite are amazing! Mark, Dan, and the housekeeping staff kept everything stocked and so well cared for! Mark saw to it that we had everything we needed for our large group throughout the whole week! I recommend Dwell Key West and the Azul Mansion for a great stay in Key West. The property is in a convenient location for getting to restaurants, stores, and the beaches. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed in Cortez room for 4 nights. The room was very small and cramped. There was not even room on the floor to open two suitcases. But bathroom was even worse. The shower had low water pressure and unstable temperature, sink faucet was loose and door would not close properly. The property was otherwise lovely and looked well maintained. It's a large older house with nice common spaces and a multilevel courtyard around the pool. So would recommend choosing a different room to stay and hopefully owners can make some repairs or expand adjoining rooms to make 2 larger suites. The location is very central, about 10 min walk to Duval street. mostwalked uuberuberuber/lyfconvenient.
