The perfect location for a winter getaway.

It was cozy, warm and spacious. The decoration made you feel like you were in somebody’s home.

It would have been helpful to know in advance what the kitchen has in terms of appliances & basic supplies so that we could plan what to buy for catering purposes.

Lovely Cotswold house in quiet neighborhood

The front of the property looks exactly like the picture and what you would expect of the Cotswolds. The neighborhood is very quiet. The weather was a bit warm during out stay but we opened windows and that solved the problem with only a few flies. Each room had its own bathroom which was very nice. The study and dining room were very large. The washer has built in dryer which was very handy. Plenty of parking onsite.

When flushing a toilet we would occasionally get a sewer smell in certain rooms of the house. However this became less frequent toward the end of our 2-night stay so maybe the house hadn't been occupied for a while(?). The upper oven did not seem to get very hot but this could have been the result of user error.

Great house for family get together, easy to self cater and lovely dining room. Good location and lovely village.

Roomy, well stocked kitchen which made catering very easy. lovely spacious dining room, two comfortable living rooms. Table in courtyard at back. small coffee table in sunny front garden. All bedrooms en-suite plus family bathroom and downstairs loo in laundry. Lots of personal items - felt like a home. lovely village with good amenities. great cafe/restaurant parking for three cars quiet location

Understand why, but water pressure low in showers. also not sure the hot water tank thermostat was set high enough. Hot water didn’t seem hot enough. Apart from those little points everything good

A pleasant stay in an ideal location

The numbers of rooms, the bedrooms met our needs, the en suite facilities in all bedrooms, well equipped kitchen.

Although the owner dealt with this issue, the sofas in one of the lounges smelled very strongly of dog odour so we couldn’t sit in there. The front lounge sofas were less comfortable.

Comfortable, spacious house within walking distance of village and pubs.

A good size house with 3 x bedrooms each with ensuite, 2 x lounges, dining room and kitchen within walking distance of the beautiful little village with local pubs. Easy parking.

Also operates as a B&B (though not for us as we rented the whole house) and decor is all quite dated and could do with a modernise. Curtains need a little attention as several cannot close properly downstairs.
