The location was excellent, the gardens are a great size.
There is a need to perform a deep clean, there was a mass of dead ladybirds in the lounge, an empty beer can behind the couch along with a deflated balloon. Lots of cobwebs. There was an instruction booklet confirming the waste situation, however no recycling bins. The was no hand wash or mirror in the on-suite. The was no mirror in twin bedroom. A little attention to detail, would go a really long way.

Very good location. Very spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds, sitting room and dining room. Kitchen well equipped. Showers were very nice. Beautiful surroundings.
The downstairs toilet was not available.
No dishwasher on the property.
There was a crack in the wash basin of the shared bathroom.
We brought all recyclable items home as shed containing the bins was locked.
Perhaps the cleaning could be a little more thorough; example, previous guests had written on the dining room window ‘dirty’.
Also around the sofa area.
Would be handy to have a dust pan and brush available.
