Pullman Bandung Grand Central

We have appreciated the professionalism, kindness and personal touch of the whole staff be it at the reception desk, concierge desk, at breakfast, at the pool or on the floors. All staff is perfectly briefed, friendly and very pleasant to interact with. The breakfast is delicious, very well presented. Local dishes rotate every day which show what Sundanese cuisine is. There is something for everyone, it caters to all palates. The satay station is great as well as the waffle station. Kids are over the moon with ice cream for breakfast. The pastry chef makes a good sourdough and both pain au chocolat and croissants were very well done knowing that it is hard to make them in weather conditions that are not temperate. The gym is decent. The rose garden is lovely. There are spaces to sit around which is great. Check-in was smooth. We were sent a text message to let us know the room was ready as we arrived quite early. The concierge arranged transportation very efficiently. Email follow-ups were a very professional touch. Our room was very comfortable and well cleaned. Room service served good food, timely. I loved that the location of Pullman is beside the running tracks and one can jog amongst Bandung locals. The neighborhood around the property is very nice and leafy. We walked here and there.

The Noise. No soundproofing so constant loud traffic noise from highway right next to hotel/room. Not able to sleep. Ear plugs useless. So noisy. Just awful
