Spacious, clean room, beautiful premises, very good facilities, and the most amazing staff. I was there during my birthday that coincided with my honeymoon and we were absolutely spoiled! I'm so happy we chose Pullman for this special occasion. Thank you Pullman team!

It was the third time we stayed in this property. Every time we go to Bandung, we always stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. The location is convenient, the hotel facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast options are abundant!
We were also grateful that we were allowed to have a late checkout at the last minute, because we had to bathe our toddler. It always takes longer than expected to bathe a toddler. The hotel was very considerate about this.

Beautiful and modern property, with a spacious and elegant lobby. The location is convenient, the room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
The check-in process could be a little smoother and faster, especially during busy hours.

The Noise. No soundproofing so constant loud traffic noise from highway right next to hotel/room. Not able to sleep. Ear plugs useless. So noisy. Just awful
