Kulem Gempol

This is the third time I stayed at Kulem Gempol after staying there twice last year. The location is perfect, it is walking distance to most places I frequent in Bandung. The room is spacious, clean, and the aircon works very well. Bonus points for them providing free flow drinking water. The gates on both ends of the street closed in the evening but on the days that I came back late, it was an easy walk. Having the gates made the nights quiet and felt safer. The staff had been exceptional, they were extremely friendly and kind. They even woke me up when I missed my alarm on my last day in the early hours of the morning (lucky I told them of my early departure and the taxi driver was kind enough to knock on the guesthouse door! Otherwise I might have missed my flight eeek). I will definitely stay there again next time I visit my hometown.

It is probably a minor thing, but the curtains did not provide complete darkness at night. I know it is not common to have this feature in Bandung, but I decided to put it in the review to notify people who might expect this.

抽水馬達每23秒會動1次，真的很吵

It feels like home. location wise, it’s a happy distance to walk to food stalls or venues. they have a refrigerator and a microwave at kitchen area, but I never use them.

a facility wise, Wish they provide an electrical kettle. Not bothered to ask, so I made my coffee outside.

Goede locatie met restaurants in de buurt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Kan hygiënischer. Erg gehorig.
