About this villa rental
An exceptionally pretty garden encircles the Villa where little box hedges decorate her emerald green lawns and a profusion of roses, jasmine and many other flowers spill out of the flower beds.Villa Toula is a beautiful stone house where Toula's natural talents as a homemaker spill into every corner. Drawing from times being slowly consigned to history, she has created a delightfully romantic Cretan interior with the generous use of embroidered filigree linen curtains, colourful hand-made rugs and lovingly polished furniture.
Location- Agii Pantes near Armeni
Only 1km away, from the tiny village of Agii Pantes where there is a recommended taverna, mini market and typical Cretan cafe for the old boys. For more choice at just a little over 5 mins drive is the foodie paradise of Armeni with more excellent tavernas and a delicatessen/butcher. Villa Toula is just 9 kms from a choice of sandy beaches making it both a peaceful retreat and a good starting point for exploring the island in either direction. Chania harbour at night or strolling around the back streets by day is a must and just under 40min drive away.

Swimming pool - 5m x 3m swimming pool, depth 0.75m - 1.55m
Sunbathing terrace - stone sun bathing terraces furnished with sunbeds and thatched shade.
Garden - lawn and flower beds, an old olive tree shading a stone table and bench, a cool picnic spot by the pool.
Barbecue House - BBQ, sink with tap, table and chairs.
Covered Terrace - table and chairs.

Sitting area – Brightly upholstered Cretan sofa, easy chair, Satellite TV (limited channels/news only), DVD player, double glass doors opening to the covered dining terrace and view of the garden and countryside.
Dining Area - Wooden table and seating for six.
Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, sink, Nespresso espresso coffee machine, electric oven and electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden and pool area.
Double bedroom - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, double glass doors to covered terrace with table and chairs, Air Con unit.
Twin bedroom – 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and windows to garden. Parents with small children should note that there is a ladder to a false mezzanine level (useful for luggage storage) Air Con unit.
Shower room - Hip bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC. Washing Machine.
Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - There is parking inside the gated grounds of the villa.

The garden is full of flowers and trees. The neighborhood is very quiet and the village is very close (2 min by car) with awesome restaurants. The information and management of the agency is super efficient and fast. The house was super clean and the house cleaning has happened multiple times including the pool . Air con was clearly needed and comfortable.
Too less kitchen ustensils, not really easy to have meals outdoor because of the lack of appropriate space. This is to know that there is a strong smell of sheeps close to the pool. Be careful with the car there is a sloping car access ramp

A beautiful and cosy villa. The sense of being at home. The silence just the sound of the breeze, the birds, the fetters at night while having a nice dinner at the balcony. The views at the dawn, from my bed…
Unforgettable
Check in was really very late.
I know for the Villa to be as clean and perfect as it was, you need time, but for us (landed at 5AM) expending so much time around the island and so tired, the day was terrible

The villa was lovely. A beautiful location - quiet but with amenities near by. The hospitality of the owners was generous and hugely appreciated. We arrived late at night to fresh fruit, wine, bread, cheese, milk and of course raki! Everything we needed! And then hugely enjoyed Toula’s kind gift of stuffed vegetables and boureki later in our holiday.
A tiny quibble which in no way undermined our holiday , the shower was very basic!
