Fantastic location on the river. Nearby Hakata businesses, yatai stalls in the evening, and very lively mall across the bridge. Unit was accurate and well described. Checkin was easy and was done online via remote tablet checkin. Elevator made a huge positive impact as we were travelling with checked luggage. Photos were accurate and unit was well furnished. Morning coffee on the balcony was a big plus. All appliances and fixtures worked perfectly. Network was adequate for 3 people's devices. Modern building with 3 units per floor. Check out was very easy and cleaning team was on time.

Great location and space

写真通りの部屋です。広くて綺麗で。初めて利用でオートロック等の方法が最初は分からなかったです。一度やれば簡単でした。公共交通機関の最寄駅が遠かったです。

Upon arrival, guests must call the number displayed on the door to receive the access code and check-in instructions. Learning how to dial a Japanese phone number beforehand is recommended. Once inside, guests complete registration via an iPad, including a video call and passport verification. The room itself was in decent condition but needed some repairs. The space is tight, with two beds crammed into a bedroom originally designed for one, and a couch converted into another bed, blocking closet access. Communication issues and the limited space led to a two-star rating deduction. On the positive side, the property is conveniently located near Hakata Station, providing easy train access to the city and nearby attractions like Nanzo-in Temple. Canal City mall is literally up the street providing tons of shopping, and restaurants are all over nearby. Great location!
