The location of this apartment was great! It was easy to walk to the Canal City Mall and Hakata Station. The washing machine and the kitchen were welcomed additions. The building didn't allow luggage delivery, but there was a Yamato Transport office located nearby that was an easy detour on our walk from Hakata.
The apartment was pretty tight for a family of four with four large suitcases, but not unexpected or unusual from what we've experienced in similar accommodations. The only real complaint is about cleanliness - we found a lot of stray hairs and dust bunnies, especially around and behind the beds.

部屋も綺麗にされていた。
冷蔵庫、洗濯機など使いやすかった。
立地もよく徒歩で色々行けるので助かりました。
3泊なのにタオルは2泊分のみなので自分で洗濯必要です。
グラスがない。コーヒーカップのみ。
脱衣所に台が欲しい。化粧などに困った。
洗濯するので物干し、ハンガー、洗濯バサミなどあると助かります。

キャナルシティ博多や屋台が近くて便利だった。
1階フロアーでの開錠の手続きが手間取って大変だった。
