Posizione top a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Marbella. Luminosa, pulita, fresca, cucina attrezzata bene, doccia splendida, letti comodi, parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile pur essendo agosto.

Ubicación y muy completo, vajilla, lavavajillas, lavadora, etc…..
Se había estropeado la persiana y dormir con la persiana levantada fue molesto.

Outside of building was run down badly maintained giving a very poor impression. parking offered was not onsite as advertised. Pillows and bed/ linen need a upgrade as does the patio as it was flaking paint and mildewed and unatytactive. We were unable to enjoy the view due to the degraded window glass which was opaque. The hot water system failed for our last two days of our stay.
