We would like to see better access to the water with either a dock or cleaning up the driftwood and brush. Great property and very responsive & helpful hosts!There was an issue during our stay and the host had a repair man there promptly for a fix. Would stay agin.

Overall this was a great vacation home. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property was nice and relaxing. The walk to the water isn't bad but there were a lot of trees in the water where you would get into swim. Not a ideal swimming spot. If you are looking for a home to just getaway and get some peace and quiet this home was perfect for that. The boat ramps were close by so that made it easy for us to take the boat out on the lake.

Things we wish we knew coming in to the stay. No real Lake access - Nice house - could use some additional amenities (1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper were there - had to purchase additional). The lake water is high due to all of rain this summer, which meant the water was up past the brush and we could not access the water at the property, closest swim beach was also closed due to this. 45 min drive to next beach front area. Could use a good spraying for bug's - and some candles for use while out on the porch. Several of our guests left with tons of bug bites just from three days. Kitchen had vents under the sink for AC - this makes doing the dishes very cold be prepared with socks even in the summer!! While it mentions the bunk room is accessible through master, it was not clear that it's actually the walk-in closet for the master bedroom. The Bunk room has to go through the bathroom of the master, and bedroom. Be prepared for no privacy in the Master bedroom if you have anyone in the bunk room. 4th bedroom is also just a closet in the basement. Works fine for kids, however not a true bedroom, no window.
