Phillip was very friendly and accommodating! Communication was excellent and he checked on our stay frequently and was available when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi. The house was very comfortable and cozy with plenty of space and amenities for our family. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again, given the opportunity. I would highly recommend!

Phillip was a great host. If I had a question, I reached out and he responded quickly. We enjoyed family time on the back deck, the front porch and the game room. A larger rental with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and one half bath. Great for a family get away.

We are a family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids, and we really felt comfortable at Captain’s Quarters. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and in the front throwing a ball and sitting in the rocking chairs. We didn’t really feel comfortable going down to the lake because it was pretty overgrown and ticks are really bad this year but that was okay because the location of the house was super close to the swim beach and marina where we rented a boat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and several family members commented that this was the best rental we’ve stayed in.
