About this house rental
This house is all about having fun! The decor in this house also encourages fun from the playhouse in the kids' room to the poker table in the family room.
The first floor has a Family Room with 2 sofa sleepers, bar, Big Screen TV, Poker Table with sliding glass doors to the patio area. There is a Bedroom for the kids with a set of Bunk Beds and Full Bathroom. There is also a DRESSING ROOM with Double Vanity!
Upstairs you will find the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen.
Master Bedroom - King Size Bed and TV -
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed.
Full Bathroom Yard Area has a Fire Pit, Patio Furniture, Charcoal Grill.
Pet Fee is $45 per dog, per stay. Up to 3 dogs maximum.

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center is right across the street and has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.
Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake.
No fireworks allowed.
The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

Overall the house fit our biggest need with lots of room for the family. It is pretty dated, however, and could use some work. It’s an older house and smelled pretty musty when we first arrived and the bunkbed room downstairs smelled bad enough that no one wanted to stay in it. The door knobs on the main upstairs bathroom and master were loose and the outside steps leading to the side yard were rotted and pretty treacherous. The TV in the upstairs living room is very small which wasn’t a big deal but it wouldn’t connect to the WiFi the couple times we tried using it when it was raining. My main issue was that we were told it was stocked with plenty of pots and pans… we looked everywhere and could only find a couple small skillets and one small pot, which made it impossible to cook large meals for our group. Luckily Walmart and Amazon deliver there. The driveway is pretty steep and the carport is very low so you can only park a small vehicle under it. Our kids loved being so close the the community center which helped enhance the “vacation vibe” and we enjoyed the pickle ball court. Great views from the balcony.

Our group totally enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The host was quick with responses, the lake was so close and beautiful. With an amazing view of the mountains and lake from the house. We toured the civil war site at Pea Ridge, visited Eureka Spring and seen the local sites. Very cool and eclectic area.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The accommodations were very good, and the lake view was absolutely fantastic. Seeing the deer around the property in the mornings was such a beautiful and peaceful experience.We did have a minor heat issue during our stay, but the host handled it quickly and had it fixed within an hour, which we truly appreciated. The property is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family.Our grandsons especially loved the kids’ room, and overall the stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this home and would be happy to stay again.

Great spot on the lake and definitely kept us entertained during our stay. However. The small kids room with the astroturf carpet smelled so strongly of cat/dog urine, we couldn't spend any time downstairs. We did have the cleaning people come back and spray disinfectant spray and odor ban but it only alleviated the issue for about an hour. If they would remove the turf in that room, I'd recommend it more often.
