Apartament molt confortable, net, molt ben equipat amb tot el necessari i amb un pàrquing espectacular que et proporciona molta tranquil·litat per entrar i sortir si vas en cotxe. Encantadora la propietària, Sara, que ens estava esperant i ens va ensenyar l'apartament i ens va recomanar locals per menjar o llocs per visitar que ens van anar molt bé. Com estàvem en plena onada de calor i l'apartament no té aire condicionat vam agrair el detall de trobar-nos un parell de ventiladors. L'apartament es troba just on comença el casc històric i en cinc minuts a peu ja tens museus, la catedral, supermercats, restaurants, botigues... La veritat és que hem quedat molt satisfets de la nostra estada de 3 nits en aquest apartament.

Asciugamani molto secchi e abbastanza datati- accessori cucina minimal- solitamente anche le spugnette sono impacchettate e nuove non già usate- nessun accessorio di benvenuto tipo shampoo piccolo-scottex terminato poteva essere nuovo- capsule usate ancora bella macchina nespresso!

Lots of space in the apartment and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is amazing and less than a 5 minute walk into the old town of Oviedo. Car parking in underground car park was a superb added bonus and one of the reasons we booked the apartment. First class and would definitely stay again.
