Ubicación cerca del centro, y la amplia plaza de garaje, aunque era un reto entrar con un coche largo.
Necesita una renovación del menaje para cocinar, la tostadora hizo saltar la luz, la caldera no mantenía la temperatura del agua de la ducha, no quedaba mucho hueco en el armario para la ropa, y la decoración estaba muy recargada. No se cumplió la hora de entrada, que yendo con mascota, fue un grandísimo inconveniente.
