Stylish Kensington Apartments

We were going to the Albert hall and the location was excellent. It was also quiet inside and two good size bedrooms. Great kitchen facilities too, so would’ve been perfect for a longer stay.

fantastic location, staff were really friendly when collecting the key but it might be more convenient to do a safe key lock. It was clean and served great for a few nights stay.

The staircase to the bed is very awkward to walk up and down. I am a fit person and found it quite dangerous. The kitchen was not that well equipped. There was only one wine glass and odd bits and pieces. The bathroom didn’t have a bath mat, only a small facecloth to put down on the floor after getting out of the shower. There was no hand towel. There was 2-3 rolls of already part used toilet rolls. A few extra touches would make this place feel that bit nicer. The tv is tiny and positioned very weirdly and didn’t work. If providing some shampoo, conditioner etc perhaps provide fully. There was half filled shampoos but no body wash. There was some extra bedding but no duvet covers or pillow cases.
