Access

The property is located on the third floor. There is no lift, so access is via stairs only.



Please note:

External repair and redecoration works are scheduled at the building from 1 September 2026 for approximately 15 weeks. Scaffolding will be in place around the property and some daytime disruption may occur. Advance notice will be given if access is required for window or door works.



Guest Access:

The property operates with a self check-in process. Keys are collected from a secure nearby location. Once checked in, guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.

The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.
