In a glamorous building, our beautifully designed Apartments feature studios, 1 Bed Apartments and a 1 Bed Stylish penthouse located on the top floor. Each of our apartments come with a flat screen TV, well equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
This property is not suitable for the elderly and wheelchair/ pushchair users. There is a coffee lounge on the ground floor of the building and a communal entrance.

The flat is in a great location, within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and South Kensington Underground Station. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining out.
The agent was easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
One small suggestion would be to consider replacing the duvet. Also, as the flat is located above a lounge, it’s worth keeping this in mind if staying in weekend.

There was no hot water for 24 hours, despite several messages to the host reporting this. Given we were only at the property for 2 nights, this was a big issue and something the host should have checked before anyone stayed there. Also, although there was a decent kitchen area, there were no suitable pans or sharp knives to enable anyone to make a meal. The property description should also include the number of steps to reach the property as the lift doesn't work and it might not be suitable for older people. On the positive side, the flat is in a great location.
