Enter this spacious unit and immediately notice the view of the beautiful Gulf. View the beach from the full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors or on the large 40 foot tiled balcony. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This unit has a 46 inch LCD TV and DVD in the Living Room. A TV is also in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops with double sink vanities in master and second bathrooms. A covered parking spot is provided and is just steps away from the elevator.
Avoid the crowds and enjoy Oceania's location in the heart of Destin. Oceania is a privately gated property. Relax on the large private beach and enjoy the sugar white sand!! Your rental includes one beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella (from March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend only). You can order extra set ups, directly through the chair company for for an additional fee, in advance if you wish.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was even better than expected. Well-equipped, spacious, and clean. The views were spectacular. Would very much like to come back.

Loved it. One suggestion from an 86 yo woman would be grab bars in tub. And ADA toilets. Otherwise absolutely perfect.
