Oceania 201 will be your new favorite place to stay in Destin, FL.
This beautifully decorated 2400 square foot 2nd floor 3BR/3BA gulf-front end condo has everything you could imagine to make your Destin vacation amazing.
The open kitchen greets you as you walk open the door to this spacious retreat. The kitchen is fully furnished with granite countertops and an island for easy preparation for large feasts. All cookware and utensils are provided as well as a Keurig and blender. The dining table is perfect for enjoying both the view and a meal.
The large living room/ dining area opens to sprawling gulf views complete with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room offers plenty of seating to enjoy the large 60" HDTV with Blu Ray Player in the living room. One sofa folds out to a Queen Size bed to accommodate 2 guests.
Each guest bedroom has a King-sized bed, Flat Screen TVs, Blu Ray Players, and adjoining Full Bathrooms. One guest bath has a walk-in shower while the other has a combination tub/shower.
The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, Flat Screen TV and gorgeous beachviews. The private large spa-like master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, wal-in closet, and make-up area.
Enjoy the gulf views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom with access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Condo comes with one complimentary beach set up per day from March 1st until October 31st and wireless internet.
Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.

We loved everything about our trip! The property, the location, and the view were all amazing. The condo offered plenty of space both inside and outside on the deck. Communication was always quick and helpful.

Very seldom does reality live up to pictures but that was definitely true with this condo! It's as beautiful as the pictures look! Spacious condo right on beach with breathtaking views. Enjoyed every minute!

I was thoroughly impressed with this condo! I stay in Destin every year for summer vacations with family and space was by far the most comfortable, easy to access, and spacious for four teenagers and two adults. The parking is covered and close to the unit and the building is off a side road so you are not fighting traffic on Hwy 98 everytime you go somewhere. Restaurants and activities are less than 10 minutes away. The grocery store is less than 3 minutes. There is also a cute ice cream shop 1/2 mile away.
The unit is perfect for large groups because there is a TON of seating and the floor plan is open. Plus- there is a half bath in the common area. The patio has very comfortable furniture and plenty of room for a group as well. There is a Sonos sound bar for great movie nights and listening to music. The decor is beautiful and Jess, if you’re reading this, your artwork is so wonderful!
Only soap bars, a couple of dishwasher packets, and a small bottle of dish soap are provided. There were also only a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We would have benefited from more trash bags and other small items like coffee filters, salt, and pepper. HOWEVER, this unit was worth a quick trip to the store for these things and I will absolutely book it again. The owners take great pride in this space and that is evident in how comfortable and beautiful it is.
