Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this condo at Oceania, on the third floor. This condo has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bathrooms have double sink vanities.Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this condo is covered parking steps away from the elevator.This condo has a 60" LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom.

You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is constructed on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin and only steps away.
Daily in season beach set up ( One umbrella and two chairs) is provided. Additional set ups are available for a charge.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oceania condo. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had picked the perfect place for our July 4th weekend. One family member said it was the best beach rental they've ever stayed at. The condo was beautiful and super clean. Both the inside and huge balcony offered plenty of seating. And what an amazing view of the gulf! The private beach was peaceful, and being so close to the water made it extremely convenient to spend mornings and afternoons at the beach with a small lunch break in between. We used the kitchen for all our meals and it supplied what we needed to prepare a couple delicious fish and seafood dinners. The Wi-Fi worked great, and instructions for the building and house were very clear. We used both parking passes and had no issues from the time we arrived until we left. Thanks for making our family holiday one we will never forget.

Oceania 302 is a very well maintained property. This is our 4th time to stay at Pam's interior decorated apartment. It gives the message of, Relax, the moment you open the door. All the appliances work, the building gates and elevators work just like they were new. The balcony is large and the outdoor furniture is comfortable. The team that manages the beach chairs are friendly and accomidating. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing family get away.

A lovely place and a lovely beach. We enjoyed it very much. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was also great to be so near the (very speedy!) elevator for move-in and move-out days. A very nice porch. The only thing we missed is that there is no way to open the windows just a bit and hear the sound of the ocean; we missed this. The master bedroom is the only one near the ocean and all the windows are without any ability to open even a crack.
