Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this condo at Oceania, on the third floor. This condo has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bathrooms have double sink vanities.Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this condo is covered parking steps away from the elevator.This condo has a 60" LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom.

You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is constructed on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin and only steps away.
Daily in season beach set up ( One umbrella and two chairs) is provided. Additional set ups are available for a charge.

What’s great place. Already talking about rebooking for next year. Pat was very accessible for any questions that came up and gave great recommendations for dinners. Also, Christy at the gate was so amazing. Great source of information and always so pleasant. Oceana is blessed the she is the first face you see when you get there. 100% will be back.

Very good property. Clean and well maintained. Great security. Coded gated facility for both vehicles and walking. Right on the beach with beach attendant for beach accessories. Condo is large with each bedroom having its own bath. Good location with everything needed a short car trip away. We would recommend this property.

This was the best vacation rental experience! We have been renting vacation rentals at least 4 times a year for over 10 years for beach and ski vacations and this was the best one yet. It was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It was so clean and had everything we could have wanted. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when we had questions. I hope we can stay in the condo again very soon. My husband got to the condo the day before I did and he was so impressed he texted me that he couldn't wait for me to get there and see how wonderful it was and he was so right. The ocean views from the living area and master are exceptional. The huge balcony has nice furniture to relax in and a large dining table we enjoyed very much. The beach chair set up was just perfect and the attendant could not have been nicer. We did pay for an extra umbrella on one of the days because it was too windy for our beach tent and that option saved our beach day :) the little restaurant and bar called the Sand Flea was just at the neighboring condos and we we were able to just walk a few minutes from our beach chairs to get great food and drinks when ever we wanted them and made this vacation feel like we were staying at a resort! We had teen agers with us and having all the bedrooms(witch had lots of closet space and drawers ) have attached private bathrooms could not have been better. The bar in the living room has a top of the line ice maker we loved too. I could go on and on!!
