We loved the theme, the good cause in supporting your feathered Mexican friend, decorated perfectly, quite and cosy, watching and feeling the birds and horses, which are now stable mates with Lola. The scenery and peacefulness of where you chose works really well. Highly recommend

Leaving 😭

This quirky little pod is absolutely beautiful! Everything you need is right there! We had bread, butter, milk, a selection of hot drinks to choose from and even Welsh cakes waiting for us when we arrived. After a day of climbing Snowdon this was exactly what we needed to relax! We will definitely be visiting again!

The Table outside where the birds would visit, Jays, Nut Hatch, Robins.. and the generous bag of logs for the fire, and milk, bread, butter and lovely welsh cakes very kind.

There was dogs poop, , right beside the seating area, that stunk, so ended up trying to move seating area, the towels I could not used the smell I can only describe as strong chemicals and stored in dusty cupboard. The bed was so hard, when it advertised memory foam.. this was not the case at all. Shower too small to shower in. So left without one, the place was over grown nettles hadn’t been cut growing out into garden, the hut could do with some treatment and the table and bench. The chairs were so old I thought they would break… my only strike of luck was the birds that visited… I’m still struggling to find how one night could cost £150 we paid £135 due to my discount but still way over priced. The lady Lyn just gave the keys, no welcome just handed it to us and went.. and there was a notice.. leave keys in door when you leave… I felt they did not care about how people are greeted or ask if they enjoyed their stay.. just here you go… had to carry stuff from car up hill to hut leave car outside house. There you go.. I think that’s it… if they had spoken to me I would’ve said all this to them, I did not want to put it in here… but having come home I felt I ought to.. not for others to be disappointed.. the birds that visit lifted my spirit.. if it wasn’t for them I would’ve left.
