The Space:
Wonderful, Fabulous House on Champions Gate With tons of living space and stunning finishes, this home is both beautiful and functional. It comes with tons of great amenities, including complimentary WiFi and 50” flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. Guests also enjoy a short drive to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and other great attractions.
Like your own private resort, the backyard boasts a large pool, attached hot tub and pool deck with loungers. Dine al fresco at the patio table or grab one of the outdoor couches for an afternoon siesta. The screened lanai and patio overlooks a pretty pond with no homes directly behind.
The sleek kitchen has all the bells and whistles you want for meal prep, including solid surface counters, stainless matte appliances and large pantry. Seat four comfortably at the kitchen peninsula, with room for 10 around the glass-topped dining table.
With a fresh mix of contemporary and classic, the living room is the perfect spot for after-dinner board games or a movie night. It has tons of seating space and a flat-screen TV, as well as views of the backyard. Escape reality in the movie-themed game room where you can play the day away on the pool table, air hockey table and video gaming area.
Down on the main floor, the first bedroom is a sumptuous suite, with tufted king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 offers another pampering suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a door out to the pool area.
On the second floor, you will find the third bedroom that offers a king bed and muted blue tones, while the fourth bedroom comes with three queen beds for extra sleeping space. Bedrooms #5 and #6 share a jack-and-jill bathroom with double sinks; one bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the other a king bed.
Another jack-and-jill bathroom connects the seventh and eighth bedrooms. These bedrooms mirror the sleeping space in bedrooms #5 and #6 with a queen bed and a twin bed in one and a king bed in the other. The ninth bedroom rounds out the sleeping space with a space theme and a queen bed and a twin bed.
We do not outsource cleaning and have a dedicated cleaning service. We understand your needs on a CLEAN and HYGENIC house. You receive fresh and clean towels and other supplies for your stay. For any issues, you work with us and not any third-party management team. SO it’s personal to us!!

We stayed here for the Disney Boys Soccer Showcase and everything was amazing !! The house was not too far from the ESPN Wide World of Sports where we played. Check in was super easy and the house was huge and perfect for the number of people that we had. It was close to a Publix Super Market and close to restaurants and shopping as well.
The community itself was friendly and even had a futsal court with goals that we used on our day of from the showcase. The owners were super responsive and the house had a huge game room, kitchen, and the bedrooms and showers were fantastic. The house had both a heated pool and hot tub connected that we used frequently.
Thank you so much, we loved your place and we will definitely look to use it again !

This house was big and accommodating bed wise to the 18 guest we had staying there however I need to mention some things that may be helpful to other staying guest. First off, upon arrival the pool was green along the edges and steps. The manager was informed and this was taken care of the next day. Also upon arrival we noted damages to the outdoor table and chairs and a bathroom door knob fell off. As our stay continued we noticed other loose door knobs, toilet paper holders, light fixtures needing bulbs replaced or some light fixtures broken, no wash clothes, only one dish towel, no pot holders, only 2 small spoons, chopping knives very damaged, some pillows missing pillow cases, tips on the pool sticks were missing, stickers falling off the game room ceiling and walls, the internet didn’t work on some days thus making TV’s unusable and the dryer didn’t work very well (took 3 drying cycles to dry one load) etc. Also, there is a 10:00 PM noise ordinance which was not followed by other surrounding homes. It did not affect our stay but might someone else. Now, non of this ruined our stay, I just feel it needs mentioned and the house could use a little TLC and some of those issues could be fixed in no time. Also, when you arrive be sure to enter through the gate on Bella Citta Blvd, this was not mentioned to us and caused some aggravation when trying to get through gates. You will also need to obtain a gate entry pass from the guard. The manager was very helpful and friendly and the Oasis Club was also very nice.
