Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.
If you need this service, please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.
• Trash & Waste Disposal
All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.
Trash is collected every morning by HOA.
• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.
We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.
• Grill Rental (Optional)
A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
• Additional days: $15 per day
• Extra propane refill: $40
• Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.
For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

This was a great 4th of July stay for the family, enjoying the amenities, and the theatre room mostly, with everyone having a movie night.

Overall good experience. Did not like that only three cars can park . Management staff was the best. All issues resolved immediately. Big property should have two cribs , high chairs etc as usually more than one child

Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed this property. The open floor plan gave us ample room for our large family. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room kept them entertained. We spent a lot of time at the resort park pools and the Wave Flowrider was a huge hit!

The house itself is perfect. Beautifully decorated and roomy. We did have a few issues during our stay:
The floors were absolutely dirty. Hair on the floor, our socks were filthy, etc. the sheets in the downstairs bedroom had stains.
Remotes-almost none of them worked. We had to put batteries in most and find them as they were not with the respective televisions.
Parking-we were visited by the association because we had a vehicle on the street. Nowhere in the listing did it say that there was a car parking maximum or restrictions. For a house that fits 24 people, not sure where vehicles could fit that-and it would’ve been important to know this when I reserved the house.
Oven-simply put it doesn’t work well. It doesn’t reach the temperature set, and takes excessively long to even warm. I tried several times at different temps (350, 400, 450) but it just wouldn’t reach the set temp.
High chair -I inquired about this before going and was told one was there. There is not one in the house.
Games in game room need batteries also.
No guest information sheet was provided. We were left figuring out garbage on our own and there were no check out instructions.
I did tell the property manager my concerns after my stay. Overall it wasn’t enough to negatively impact our experience, just details they need to work on.
