A private cottage in the countryside, in a quiet setting, halfway between the Poitevin Marshes and the ocean. Ideally located for enjoying numerous day trips: 25 minutes from L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer and Fontenay-le-Comte, 30 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and La Rochelle, and 45 minutes from Île de Ré and Puy du Fou. O’Giss Park water park and O’Fun Park amusement park are 30 minutes away. Futuroscope is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
A shopping center is 2 km away, and the town center is 3.5 km away, offering all amenities. Bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, a swimming pool, and restaurants are nearby.
Recently renovated house with access to a patio and large garden (playground for children and barbecue). Beautiful, bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests. Space available for trailers, RVs, and boats. Easy access.
Bicycles available for rent on-site (standard, hybrid, mountain, electric-assist, and bike trailers). Please contact us.
A crib, high chair, stroller, and baby bathtub are available upon request.
Included in the rate: bed linens.
Bath towels (€5/person) and cleaning (€30 flat fee) are optional.
Electricity: actual usage billed from October 1 through April 30.
Short stays accepted.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour à la campagne au calme. Le logement est très propre ,très confortable et très bien équipé (sauf le couteau à huitres).Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin à moins de 2km à la ronde et vous serez très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons!

Au cœur d’un cadre bucolique et champêtre, maisonnette décorée avec goût et très bien équipée à 2 pas du centre de Lucçon et 50 minutes de Saint-Martin en Ré. Un havre de paix pour ceux qui aime le calme de la campagne et sa douceur de vivre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discrets. Nous on a adoré

séjour très agréable, logement très pratique et moderne à l'intérieur , tout en respectant le style des anciennes maisons en pierres.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil pour les visites.
L'emplacement est idéale car on est pas trop loin des différents sites de visite et de la côte.
Attention cependant dans l'annonce , il est mentionné accès à wifi. Et ce n'est pas le cas.
Mais les propriétaires ont été super et nous ont dépanner comme ils le pouvaient .D'où la note faible sur l'annonce , qui n'est pas du fait les propriétaires.
