Welcome to this cocoon on one level, functional and warm, ideal for your holidays in the Vendée. Management is provided by the Conciergerie la Chouette Vendéenne, guarantor of your comfort and available to personalize your stay thanks to a wide range of à la carte services.

The house has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with recent bedding in 160 cm. A two-seater sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate additional travelers in a friendly atmosphere.
Living Room & Veranda
Modern equipped kitchen: Everything you need to cook independently (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, etc.).
Living & Relaxing: A welcoming space complemented by a superb veranda bathed in light, perfect for your reading moments or your morning coffees.
Equipment: A Wi-Fi box is at your disposal free of charge.
Outdoor & Leisure
Enclosed & wooded garden: Privacy guaranteed with private parking in the property.
Dining area: Terrace with pergola (table for 6 people), garden furniture with awning and summer kitchen with gas plancha.
🚲 The "Plus" Mobility: 4 bicycles are available free of charge to reach the beach (2.5 km) or the lake (800 m) in complete freedom!
Concierge Services (La Chouette Vendéenne)
In order to facilitate your stay, the end-of-stay cleaning can be carried out by you or entrusted to the concierge service.
