Your future vacation home is located in the heart of the Vendée, on the west coast of France.
If you’re looking for peace, nature, and space during your vacation, Petit Boreas is the perfect choice for you.
This former bakery in La Forêt, set in a spacious, fully fenced private garden of 400 m² and bordering the forest, has been converted into a very comfortable vacation home suitable for 5 people.
The cottage is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.
The spacious upper floor has 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 sleeping spots. One bedroom has a double bed and a spacious 4-door wardrobe. The other bedroom has a triple bunk bed—two people on the bottom and one on top—and also includes closet space. Above the double bed, you’ll find a VELUX skylight.
Downstairs is the bathroom and a spacious kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove with oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. There is also a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a Nescafé “Dolce Gusto” machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a compact dining area. The cozy sitting area rounds out the space. The television offers all Dutch channels, all French channels available via ORANGE, and many international channels. Wi-Fi is also available.
BBQ on your own terrace and private use of the pool.
From the terrace, you can walk straight into your “own” fenced-in garden, which also offers direct access to the woods where you can enjoy lovely walks.
A chicken coop has been set up between the vegetable garden and the garden of Petit Boreas. A few chickens roam freely here. The chickens provide us with fresh eggs straight from the coop. The true outdoor living experience!
The cottage is detached, and you have full access to the entire cottage and your own garden.
The pool, the sun deck, the playground, and the Play & Climb Forest are for your private use.
