Calme appréciable. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Bon emplacement entre la Rochelle et la venise verte. Petit bémol sur les réparations nécessaires : douche, poignées de portes...

Maison avec cachet très agréable avec de beaux volumes avec grand jardin , située en pleine campagne sans voisins mais proche de la ville . Belle balade à faire à pied ou en vélo sur des circuits prévus à cet effet .

Idéal pour une grande famille, ce gîte est correctement équipé. Situé en plein champ à 25 km de La Rochelle. Nous avons apprécié le charme de ses poutres, de sa cheminée et de ses pierres apparentes.
La température était négative à notre arrivée et la maison a été longue à chauffer mais le propriétaire nous a laissé utiliser tout le bois nécessaire pour compléter la chaudière.
Pour l'instant, la douche à l'étage n'est pas opérationnelle. Il faut le savoir si vous êtes nombreux.
L'accueil des propriétaires était sympathique.

Très beau gite
L'absence de la deuxième douche à été pénalisant pour 6 personnes sinon le gite est en cours de réfection et il en à besoin , par contre le gite est très vaste ideal lorsque l'on est nombreux
La literie est très bonne
Très bonne communication avec Corinne.
