Wonderful location with easy access to the mountain!

It was helpful to get the directions texted to us. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was awesome. The space was clean and comfortable. We liked having access to hot tubs and games.

The room was very warm and we weren't able to lower the temperature very much. We couldn't find extra blankets for the pull-out bed. It was warm enough in the room that we didn't need them, but it would have been nice to have if necessary.

Close to lifts and river run village shops and restaurants.

Limited use of facilities - hot tub time required reservations. I realize this is necessary at this time due to restrictions with COVID but wanted to mention so others are aware.

The location was perfect! Beautiful views too!

When we arrived and parked the north wing elevator was broken. It was extremely hard and a pain to lug everything up to the room. Especially with a little one. A heads up would have been nice.
