Great property with beautiful view. Sauna didn’t work. We had to fix main TV to get it to work and no HD which is odd for 2024 (and bummer for watching the Super Bowl). Hot tub in the unit was awesome. Would have been great for owners to leave ANY type of instructions about anything for hot tub and real fireplace for people who possibly never used them before. Also, recommendation to use the humidifiers. We only discovered them in the closets the last day but they were a huge help since air is so dry. We really enjoyed the place though. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Check in process was a bit fumbled. Arrived after hours and the lock box wouldn't open. Thankfully I was able to call the management company and someone arrived literally within 3 minutes. That's good because it was about 5 degrees F! The property was great - very spacious, up to date. Especially loved the hot tub, sauna and wood burning fireplace. Pretty much everything looked and worked as expected. Relatively close to Keystone ski area. You could walk it but I wouldn't do it in ski boots, although I saw other people doing exactly that. Would recommend & would stay again.

I stayed at this property for 3 days as a birthday surprise. Unfortunately wasn’t able to use the hot tub that we paid extra for having when looking into properties. I am not sure when the last time the carpet was replaced but my allergies were off the roof! Waking up every morning with a dry throat. The first day we weren’t able to use the hot tub and second day we weren’t able to as well. The water was very low in the hot tub, when we turned on the keys it splashed all over the place because water level was low. There was no additional instructions on how to add water in the hot tub. The last day was able to get in contact with the staff after realizing we were calling the number for the resort. This was solved on the last night which didn’t give us any time to enjoy the hot tub. Kind of a bummer experience.

Great place!!!Lots of living space! walked to slopes and saw mama moose with her baby!

"Do you suppose we'll meet any wild animals"? That is always my hope while on a vacation and Cinnamon Ridge hasn't disappointed yet! All of the Cinnamon Ridge condo buildings have great views of the slopes, the Snake River and of the "marshy" area between it and the condos. We saw a total of three moose on two different occasions this time from 232. I'm sure there were more moose visits on other mornings but we slept in a few of the days that we were there. We also saw a bear checking out the dumpster in the "dumpster shed" one early evening. It was sitting on top of the dumpster and just checking out the parking lot and then roamed around the lot for a minute before disappearing behind the shed. Actually a little unnerving considering that there are people walking through the lot and the nearby path with their dogs quite often. The location is perfect for summer hiking, biking and running with both paved and dirt trails nearby. Dillon is a short, 10 minute drive away for groceries and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We were pleased with 232 but it also had some minor annoyances. The carpet still looks fresh (please take off your shoes) and the furniture was comfortable. The beds were a little too hard for us but that's personal preference. There was an abundance of storage space for clothes in the bedrooms and for any food that you bring along in the kitchen. The only thing we didn't find in the kitchen that we needed was a pitcher for iced tea. The annoyances were: No instructions for the 4 remotes. Heavy stepping upstairs neighbors could be heard. The light in the master bath toilet room would turn off unexpectedly. The hot tub was fantastic after the heat was turned up a bit. (96 degrees is cooler than bath water!) The jets don't really hit where they're beneficial for relieving muscle aches from hiking. Either the sauna was nonoperational or I just didn't know how to operate it. There were no instructions. There was a chart on the fridge for recycling but no place outside to bring it to. The biggest letdown is the deck furniture. 2 folding metal chairs and a small plastic table. The deck itself is great! Covered, mostly private and has a great view. Why not enhance it by putting something comfortable out there!? Thankfully we knew this going in and went through the hassle of bringing our own, slightly more comfortable camping chairs along to use. We DID have a great time though and would love to return! Lastly, if you're renting from air b&b or vrbo instead of SkyRun, you're doing it wrong.
