On the right side of Hastings Street.
No lift, small for a 3 bedroom, minimal outside area for a penthouse, proximity to car park (did not realise this is used by hoons to tune their cars)

No stairs - tricky with luggage but good exercise !

Ensuite bathroom door would not close properly and wooden door frame was scuffed and dirty. No lift so had to climb 49 steps from garage to door
