Location is perfect. Short walk to everything Freo! Couldn’t be better. Stayed in Garde Rooms with immaculate bathroom facilities. Large, clean and well appointed.
Bedroom simple and basic.

The breakfast venue was very pleasant. When checking in we were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a cottage. It was our 46th wedding anniversary and it was a great surprise. We really appreciated it.
The breakfast. It's not worth including in the package. It was disappointing to have to queue for a self-service machine for coffee and tea. The coffee was terrible. The bread had been exposed to the air for too long and was stale. Probably OK for toasting, but we were not having toast.

Rooms so comfy , lighting , Tv sound and instructions, exceptional free mini bar and welcome drink . Very helpful and friendly staff - loved it and will stay again
