Great location only six minutes drive to lake boat launch at Twin Creek. While it rained the majority of the time cutting time on lake short, we still enjoyed this exceptionally clean and spacious house hanging out and playing games. We appreciated having covered back porch being able to grill in the rain and the beds are super comfy.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property. It’s a 10 minute drive from Ouachita Shores marina at Denby so very convenient for a stay after a weekend on the lake. We loved everything about this home. Location was easy access to crystal mines and casino! Beds and furniture were comfortable, cleanliness was outstanding, and they layout of the home was excellent. Host was very kind and helpful also. Our only slight disappointment was the noise of the road in front of the home but no problem, we just sat out back and enjoyed nature. HIGHLY recommend!

EVERYTHING LOOKED AND FELT BRAND NEW RIGHT DOWN TO THE BATH TOWELS, OH THE BED I SLEPT IN DURING MY STAY-- IT WAS HEAVEN. THIS HOME HAS A NICE COVERED PORCH IN THE BACK OF HOUSE EQUIPPED WITH A BBQ TABLE AND CHAIRS FOR YOUR OUTDOOR GATHERINGS. VERY WELL MAINTAINED HOME VERY COMFORTABLE. I CANT EXPRESS IT ENOUGH.

My fiancee and I planned our first family vacation and we couldn't have had more fun! We had 3 babies and 4 adults and there was PLENTY of room! Check in was super simple, the house was so clean and smelled amazing! The beds was the perfect way to end a night. The fire pit was the perfect place for the last night of vacation. We had alot of fun. We would definitely rent this property again. BONUS ADD! IF YOURE LOOKING TO GO CRYSTAL MINING AVENT CRYSTAL MINE IS 2 MINUTES FROM THIS PROPERTY!!

IOur three-generation group loved, loved this house. The hosts immediately answered our questions and provided things we needed. We were delighted by the cleanliness and clutter-free state of this property, especially important for our little ones. It sits a ways off a busy highway, but this was not a problem for the kids because of the large fenced back yard. If we ever come back to crystal hunt, we will definitely stay here. I highly recommend this little blue house!

The property was perfect for our family to stay in while my son was getting married in Royal Ar. There was easy access onto the main highway and it was located in close proximity to everywhere we needed to travel to during our stay. The living areas were spacious and bedrooms ample size! The backyard was perfect for our small group to lounge outside and it even had a covered back deck. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises
