Estancia perfecta. El piso es estupendo, luminoso , grande y sobre todo muy ordenado y limpio. La posición super central y cómoda para poder luego moverte hacia el norte y el sur de la isla. Además, el hecho de poder aparcar en el parking enfrente del piso es muy cómodo. La anfitriona muy amable y disponible. Aconsejaría el piso si se quiere disfrutar al 100% la estancia en Lanzarote. Si voy a volver a la isla, seguro intentaría reservar este piso!

Fantastic apartment! Spacious, spotlessly clean, modern, stylish, very well-equipped, its central location is also a benefit as you can reach each corner of the island within 30 min. The owner is kind and helpful. It absolutely exceeded our expectations.

No such thing

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig entfernt. Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der kleine Balkon zur Meerseite hin ist schön und eignet sich sowohl zum Frühstück , als auch abends zum gemütlichen Tagesausklang. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin äußerst freundlich. Wir waren schon oft in Arrecife, aber diese Wohnung ist perfekt. Auch die Nutzung der Tiefgarage ist von Vorteil, wenn man ein Auto mietet.

W-LAN ist nicht in den Schlafzimmern verfügbar. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

unfortunately construction work was going on right next to buidling - which start every morning at 8...very loud, quite uncomfortable and def early
