Appartamento ben fornito e organizzato, con affaccio sul fiume. Vicino alla casa ci sono parcheggi con disco orario due
La casa si trova in posizione centrale ma non trafficata e silenziosa , vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Facile parcheggio.
Per accedere alla casa ci sono tre gradini in pietra irregolari piuttosto alti che possono essere difficoltosi per anziani o persone con difficoltà motorie. La casa è storica e i gradini d’accesso sono tipici della struttura.
