Location Location Location, less than 1 mile from Windsor beach state park, which is the main boat ramp for the lake. This beautiful, spacious 5 BR, 2.5 Bath home offers a great backyard with a pool that can be heated for additional fees, and Lake View. The pool is 3' deep on each end and 4' deep in the middle. Home offers BBQ, Flat screen TVs, Cable & WiFi. Room for RV parking. All bedding, towels & linens are provided. It is 8 minutes from the London Bridge and downtown Lake Havasu.

We were in LHC for a cousin’s wedding and this property was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained. The pool even got used, even though we were busy with family. The previous tenants created an issue and we were kept well informed about its resolution. Communication was very good. The couple of questions we had were answered quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
