House was fun and relaxing. Close enough to everything to be easy to see the surroundings and relax. Always heard about the arachnids in Arizona but didn't see any spiders or scorpions so we were happy about that! Everyone had a blast!!
The house needs some repairs: The railings all seemed a little wobbly especially on the catwalk between the two upstairs bedrooms and all the doors were squeaky. The host didn't know we were there to unlock the thermostat so the first night was HOT and the grill's propane was out but as soon as the host knew about it, we were taken care of. :)

The amount of rules, it’s a bit excessive to
Strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, AND towels. Why charge a cleaning fee if you’re gonna have your guests do the work.
