We had a great time at this house. The view out back was great. However, the house was listed as a luxury home and from the pictures it looked like it. The pictures were not accurate. There were things listed that weren’t there and things that didn’t work. The home needs a lot of repairs inside and out. I sent a note to the manager and she said they would look at the things that need to be fixed.

Great home for our family; spacious and comfortable for everyone. Jennifer was amazing, quick to respond, very accommodating, and even gave us a later checkout when we had boat issues. Highly recommend!

Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!

The house was ok. There are a lot of small things that need work and touch ups to make it more of an enjoyable stay. Appliances need help. Pots and pans were disgusting and should be replaced. Cheap bedding- sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The pool was nice and clean. Plenty of rooms for sleeping options.
