I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb in Lake Havasu, with 45 of my friends and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the space. It felt like a home away from home, impeccably maintained and welcoming.
The views were simply stunning—every morning was a highlight of my trip. The location was perfect for leisurely walks; I enjoyed exploring the charming streets and beautiful parks nearby. Everything in town was easily accessible, making it simple to navigate and discover local attractions.
The host was exceptionally accommodating and provided great recommendations for dining and activities, which enhanced my overall experience. I genuinely felt taken care of throughout my stay.

The property was one of the best we've stayed in (out of ~10 homes). Immaculate, well-stocked and maintained in A-1 condition. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with the back patio area facing the mountains, it was a great location. Also in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and Lake Havasu. We will definitely put this one on our rotation schedule next time we visit the Southwest. Thanks to both the property managers and the Owner for being so responsive and attentive to our simple requests. Quiet neighborhood suitable for a great family getaway...enjoy the sparkling pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen.

The house was nice and clean. A couple of house cleaning items were deficent, but not unacceptable. However, next time I will probably stay at another place that includes the pool heating fee. The pool heating fees in my view were excessive so I declined the fees thinking the pool would be warm enough during the summer. The pool was warm enough to use during the day, but a little chilly at night. In both my previous stays in lake havasu during the same time of year, the heated pool was included at no extra charge. So that was a little disappointing. I can't imagine it costs over a thousand dollars to heat a pool and hot tub for a week in over 105 degree weather. Seems a little steep to heat the pool for the guests.
